The Greenpoint Townhouse is a study in reconciling an active, itinerant lifestyle with the rooting sensibilities of home. Townhouses at Calais drive
Normandy Isles Historic District has some excellent examples of Mediterranean Revival, Classical Revival, Masonry Vernacular, Minimal Traditional, Art Deco and Moderne. Most of the buildings were part of the postwar modern style better known as “Miami Modern” or “MiMo”. 2005 Calais Drive is a set of 12 Townhouses located over Calais Drive on the west side of the island adjacent to a canal that’s gives access to Biscayne Bay.
