Aquatopia swimming pool
Since the end of 2022, Aalst residents are able to enjoy a brand new swimming pool complex. Aquatopia Aalst consists of two large swimming pools, an instruction pool, a recreational area, 220 meter slides and a multifunctional gym.
Slangen + Koenis Architecten, specialized in swimming and sports facilities, was responsible for the design, while the general contractor was Vita Group, specialist in the development of swimming pool and sports infrastructure. Experienced roofing company Roteam was in charge of the installation of the waterproofing system on the building’s 9,200 square meter roof. Trabzon Bus Terminal
As a result of the rapid development of trade and tourism in the city of Trabzon, in northeastern Turkey, the need to replace the old bus terminal, built in the 1980s, had become urgent. The municipality of Trabzon therefore initiated a project designed to provide an extremely modern, aesthetic and comfortable transport hub to the city, with a 3-storey indoor space of 11,000 square meters on an area of 25 decares, including 28 bus platforms, large parking area, social area, restaurants, buffets and a reading room.

ULTRAPLY™ TPO
Elevate UltraPly TPO is a thermoplastic polyolefin roofing membrane made from the incorporation of an ethylene-propylene rubber into a polypropylene matrix and produced with a polyester weft-inserted reinforcement ideal for various low-slope roofing applications. The scrim-reinforced membrane combines the flexibility of rubber with the heat-weldability of a thermoplastic in a flexible sheet with lay-flat characteristics.

Les Trèfles Primary School
The new Les Trèfles primary school in Anderlecht, Belgium seamlessly blends educational innovation, sustainable design, and attractive architecture. The exceptional design, by architectural firm Árter of Brussels, was therefore selected for the ‘Exemplary Buildings 2012’ call for projects of the public authority Brussels Environment-IBGE/BIM.
The school, which accommodates 750 children from ages 4 to 12, consists of four partially overlapping circles connected by wide walkways and an adjacent gymnasium. The three largest circles have classrooms in the 'skin' and sheltered round playgrounds in an open core. A two storey circular building provides the entrance, technical areas and a caretaker’s lodge.
