OMG Exhibition Booth

Designed for OMG, a bathroom accessories manufacturer, this stand was developed for UNICERA 2019. The project departs from the conventional panel-based display systems commonly seen in trade fairs and proposes a new exhibition language defined by space and light. Evren Öztürk The linear character of the stand is reinforced by an underlit display table. This element functions not only as a presentation surface, but also as a “meeting line” designed for discussions, product examination, and client interactions. Positioned at the center of the space, this illuminated axis defines the social and functional core of the stand.  Evren Öztürk Instead of classical panels onto which accessories are mou... More

London Coffee Festival

Several years ago Liqui were approached by the organisers of the London Coffee Festival with the aim of solidifying their brand experience. They wanted the event to have more of an inclusive festival feel rather than just another trade show of disparate exhibitors. Liqui were pivotal in achieving this; creating an overall look for the show with a suite of cost effective furniture, lighting and stand elements that smaller exhibitors could hire. For bigger brands we created bespoke stands specific to their needs; and although each was individual they were designed to fit within the show as a whole. In addition, we designed and built all the event and social areas such as the Coffee Masters competition arena, the VIP lounge and the Hyde Park... More

Rancilio Trade Stand

For the Rancilio trade stand, at London Coffee Festival, Liqui combined form with function. Integral to the design is the all-round counter space that was needed for the extensive equipment required for their ‘Extraction Lab’. This is where they experimented with temperature profiling and explored the variety of flavours that could be gained from brewing coffee at different temperatures. The stand was part of the House of Coffee area; so this was reflected in our open rafter roof design with our own Cell Naked pendant lights. The cupboard doors were CNC routed with a diagonal pattern that referenced the subway tiles that are popular in many coffee shops at the moment. Overall the design worked well; providing storage, counter t... More

Cafedirect Trade Stand

The Liqui exhibition designers knew exactly what was required of the Cafedirect trade stand having worked on a number of projects with the company before. The task was to design and build a simple but effective trade stand that could be re-used at multiple events. The result comprises a bespoke coffee kiosk together with detailed cabinets and shelving to display products. Everything was manufactured to a high-end finish at the Liqui workshop as part of our exhibition services. To tie in with the Cafedirect Hand Picked brand Liqui created intricate details and elements to compliment the brand image and the products being showcased. Birch Ply was the key material used for most of the elements within the stand. This material choice was made b... More

Rachel's Trade Stand

When creating the Rachel’s trade stand the Liqui exhibition designers were influenced by both urban and Scandinavian styles. The design goes all out to create a contemporary kitchen environment showcasing the Rachel’s Organic brand and product lineup. The concept has been designed and manufactured by the Liqui trade stand design team to look like a loft apartment style kitchen with its industrial style window overlooking east London. To add further refinement to the design the black steel, oak and white tile central island allows visitors to see and taste the products on show allowing them to engage directly with Rachel’s brand and its products. Faema Trade Stand

For the Faema trade stand the Liqui exhibition stands design team created a bold stand that embodies the brand. Constructed from sustainably sourced Birch Ply the stand displays the brand name front and centre. It’s a simple idea, but it has a big impact. The back-lit letter fronted bar makes an impressive focal point and serves the practical purposes of housing all the fridges and plumbing required to run the coffee machines. This is a piece of design that not only places aesthetics as a key factor in its creation but functionality as well. More

La Cimbali Trade Stand

The Liqui exhibition stand design for La Cimbali came about as a direct result of our experience within the coffee industry. We were asked to be the principal design consultancy for Piano Works – designing and building the La Cimbali trade stand for London Coffee Festival. From the offset, the stand was developed to be bold and stand out – to showcase the La Cimbali coffee machines in the best possible way and to create an impression that would entice visitors to explore La Cimblai’s products. The striking gloss red bar and canopy was inspired by the architecture of the Mumac Museum set within the headquarters of La Cimbali. This bold architectural form creates a unique environment. This along with the Astroturf raised wo... More

Brita Trade Stand

Brita showed at Amsterdam Coffee Festival in 2015 with Liqui as the consultancy behind their exhibition stand design and manufacture. In 2016 Brita showed again. The original trade stand designed by Liqui performed so well that they wanted to go even bigger – capitalising on their success. With this goal of making an even bigger impact at Amsterdam Coffee Festival than the year before Liqui looked at Brita’s new logo and took a sculptural approach to the stand. For the 2016 Brita trade stand Liqui created a huge Birch Ply canopy over the bar – setting the branded environment apart from their competition. The exhibition stand design takes curves to its heart with its curved white back wall and its Birch Ply curved seating.... More

Hyde Park - London Coffee Festival

To create something new and exciting, Liqui’s exhibition designers brought the outside indoors with the Hyde Park area at the London Coffee Festival which made the best of the great natural light on the second floor of the Old Truman Brewery. Like a sketchbook brought to life, this surreal space was the meeting place for the whole exhibition – somewhere for visitors to relax, enjoy their coffee and be inspired. Liqui designed and built every detail of the space; including the cut-out trees, lamp-posts, signposts, litter bins and telephone box as well as the tables and benches that populated the park. All these items were finished in white with hand drawn outlines and detailing; making them look as if they’d been sketched... More

The backlit logos and counter added presence to the stand making it stand out from the rest. The counter unit was designed to fulfill the need for a functional area to prepare the client’s produce whilst at the same time mainta... Keep Cup Trade Stand

The Liqui exhibition design team were commissioned to create a unique Keep Cup trade stand that had the feel of a trendy cafe environment for the 2012 World Barista Championship in Vienna. Keep Cup, a company Liqui have worked with on a number of occasions, wanted a trade show design that would set them apart from the sea of corporate and often boring pre-made bundles that populate the various trade shows they visit. The trade stand had to be constructed in a such a way that it could pack down for easy shipping while still retaining a high quality and well-finished appearance. Liqui produced two sets of powder coated steel shelves with attractive spruce ply draws, a curved backlit minibar style counter, special edition P.O.S coffee machin... More
