Located in South Jordan, Utah, SoJo Station is the first and only transit-oriented development (TOD) of its kind in the state, and is quickly becoming the gold standard for how TODs should be created at both the state and country level as a way to best meet the needs of companies, employees and communities alike.The $60 million SoJo Station is a two-phase project.
