Kingdom of Netherlands Embassy office
Dutch Embassy central office space in Zagreb is characterized by openness and neutrality in accordance with its diplomatic function, but also by recognizable Dutch identity.
Center of the interior is designed as a uniformed wall surface which like a multi functional 'spine' extends through the space. Elegantly designed with unobtrusive wooden lining, it serves as a guide throughout the office. From it, the floor area is stretched out in the form of a carpet that stands out as the main accent of the space. Modular carpet interprets the colors of the Dutch landscape, presenting its elements in shades of blue, brown and green. Davis Wright Tremaine Headquarters
Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, recognized as one of the most innovative law firms in the world, sought Gensler’s expertise in the site selection and design of its new headquarters in downtown Seattle. The firm sought a new space that would support its commitment to openness, collaboration, and excellence while allowing for the flexibility and efficiency that modern legal practice demands. A lease of eight floors in an iconic new tower was the perfect fit.Our team worked with Davis Wright Tremaine to explore the latest advances in legal workplace design and leveraged Gensler research to inform thoughtful, data-driven decisions. C&P Corporate Headquarters
A real estate company’s corporate headquarters, located at the city’s highest traffic entrance, brings clarity and conciseness and acts as a new landmark to a transitioning industrial area within an emerging district.
The projects main ambition was to create an authentic example of “Built Identity” within the context of a seven-story building, incorporating the client’s logo icon throughout the building elevation.
The project name, CUBEND, translates firm values by unifying the words “cube,” relating to wholeness and persistence, plus “bend,” standing for movement and dynamics. Organized as a cube and divided by a curved atrium across all floors, the building consists of a glass-domina... More
