The design and aesthetics of an office play a crucial role in elevating the brand image of the organization and creating a conducive and productive work environment for the employees. This office, located on the 9th floor of a corporate office tower building in a high-end business district of Ahmedabad city, is a family-owned financial services provider. The design brief for the team was to create a contemporary, progressive work space, in the 2120 sq ft of built-up area, through a low-maintenance and sustainability-driven design. Level23 is a digital entertainment company specializing in mobile advertising, mobile payments and content distribution. The company is active internationally, with its headquarters in Leeuwarden in the Netherlands. Level23 is a dynamic and innovative company, young and uncomplicated, and its interior had to reflect that by being modern and with international allure. DZAP handled the whole job, from design to turnkey delivery, including projects and site management. The result: 650 m2 of office space where anyone would want to work. More

XL Catlin, a unit of XL Insurance Company SE, is one of the world’s largest insurance and reinsurance companies. In 2016 the Dutch branch acquired a new location at Cuserpark in Amsterdam, which needed a new interior. The goal: a flexible working environment with an international and sensational design. The requirements: use of pure, fair-trade materials and elements and colour accents from the XL Catlin branding. But the biggest challenge by far was the extreme time pressure. Thanks to iron discipline in the project management at every stage from design to turnkey delivery and relocation coordination, handover took place on schedule. More
