Shede Culture Museum
Designed by OPEN Architecture, Shede Culture Museum is located in the East Garden of Shede distillery in Shehong, Sichuan and was topped out in January 2026. On the misty shore of River Fu, where mountains meander, three island-like architectural volumes make their appearances from a vast circular pond, together manifesting the tectonics of the “One Pond, Three Mountains” landscaping ideal that traverses tradition and future.
Shehong lies at the base of the Sichuan Basin, a lowland in southwestern China with a perennially temperate, humid climate that has produced a lush environment. 10 Design (part of Egis Group) unveils one of our major retail interiors schemes - CIFI Changde Retail Mall, setting a benchmark of experiential retail space in the city.

The 21,500sqm Retail Mall is designed in response to the varied and ever-evolving needs of the new generation of consumers. When complete, it will accommodate an “Open House” for flexible use, diverse themed zones focusing on sports, wellbeing, and culture, together with an extensive gastronomy offer with cafes, themed food courts, fine dining and more.

HUABANG INTERNATIONAL CENTRE
The latest stage of construction at 10 Design’s Huabang International Centre has been marked with a special ceremony to celebrate the lifting of the sky deck that connects the two buildings within the scheme in Guangzhou, China.
Design Partner of 10 Design, Nick Cordingley, comments:
“10 Design was invited by Huabang to witness this significant milestone of the construction. The lifting operation took place successfully with the steel structures of the sky deck rising 134.5m in height above Pazhou, a major new CBD in the City of Guangzhou.”
