Songhyeon Green Plaza / Songhyeon Dong, Seoul, KoreaSEOUL BIENNALE OF ARCHITECTURE AND URBANISM
In the heart of Seoul, right beside the historic Joseon Dynasty palace, an emblematic space emerges from the ground. The location of Songhyeon Dong carries a rich and varied history, with changing uses and owners over time. The (in)visible pavilion presents contrasting perspectives: reflecting on the outside, while revealing transparency within. It acts as a temporal connector, transcending the boundaries of time for the 4th Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism.

POWER WING
After many success OPENBOX design interventions for large scale projects, B Grimm Power send us a brief to help creating an awareness of the importance of sustainable energy to the public. The brief was to create an iconic piece of landmark at their Headquarters Office, that can send a strong message.
OPENBOX design team studied the headquarters layout and proposed to create two multi-function objects at the office parking areas, at the most visible location from the main road. We will create a parking roof, complete with solar panels in the form of a stunning sculpture.

Next Gen Park
Informed by research on urban problematics related to climate change, we actively challenge the functions of public spaces, transforming them into educational, interactive, and conscious catalysts. Similarly to our previous urban project ‘City Cell Prototype’, a fully self-suffcient public installation tackling the problem of water shortages and heat waves, their latest Next Gen Park is addressing the issue of CO2 production in our cities, by visually representing the amount of 1 ton in the size of the air balloon.
