Originally envisioned as a maintenance upgrade, the project evolved into a transformative endeavor that aligns with Charlotte’s 2040 Vision Plan and Truist’s mission to build better lives and communities. What was once a transitional, underutilized space is now a vibrant civic landmark that welcomes public life, encourages community engagement, and supports a more inclusive, connected urban environment.

Hefei MixC Rooftop Renovation

MixC is located at the core business district of Tianehu in the city of Hefei, Anhui Province. It has been a benchmark commercial complex since its opening in 2015. Due to rapid transformation in commercial developments in recent years, CR Land has high hopes for the project and kickstarted the first phase of the renovation on the rooftop. Through strategic upgrade, our involvement has brought dramatic transformation to the rooftop commercial realm.

Chengdu MixC Public Plaza Renovation
Chengdu MixC is located in Chengdu's Dongcheng District，its commercial complex includes a diversity of retail and dining business varieties totaling 300,000㎡distributed into four buildings. The central plaza is situated at the core of the project. Since its completion, the mega-scale plaza has failed to realize its fullest potential. In 2023, FLO Landscape Design, in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects, completed the renovation of the Chengdu MixC.The newly renovated public plaza has successfully activated hybridisation of activities and lifestyles in this landmark public realm. The transformative quality of the renovated plaza has sparked endless imaginations for future potentials.
