 Our Countryside Rambler is located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Because the whole house is situated on a hill, how you can enter the site was a design challenge we solved with a unique side entry system.  Lake Minnewashta is home to our coastal classic lakeside home. The first thing visitors will notice is the open and spacious main floor framed with beautiful, hand-crafted pine custom beams.The home is two stories, but we wanted the main floor to feel like a rambler. OLGA is a renovation project of an apartment located within the ancient stables of Villa Pamphili, situated on the edge of the park. The project develops on two levels. The ground floor, with a small garden, houses the living area and study, and on the upper floor there is the sleeping area. Situated on a large, private lot with wooded areas and water views called for a home that would embrace the land. In our Modern European home, we wanted to capture the beautiful views of the setting. Architecturally, the sequence and the volume changes of the individual spaces make it more interesting as you approach the house and walk through it. The resulting Modern European home, with a nod to traditional English Tudor homes, does just that.
