About Acoustic - Tile Acoustic - Tile is a 2-layer wood product, consisting of an mdf substrate with a Plexwood veneer on one side and an acoustic fleece on the reverse side, and a groove and slip tongue connection. The product is as standard provided with micro-perforation pattern on the front, standard ⌀ 1.5 mm, c-t-c 8 mm. The reverse side is perforated ⌀ 5 mm. The αw (alpha value) of this pattern is 0.50 and the NRC is 0.65. There are two optional perforation patterns available (⌀ 3 mm and ⌀ 5 mm), which also have influence on the acoustic properties.
