Green Hall 2, a cutting-edge business centre located on a bend of Neris River, is distinguished by its soft architectural forms. Structural plan, interior and furniture design of the Černiauskas ir Partneriai law firm and Blockchain centre, both based on the top floor of the business centre, excellently corresponds to the streamlined shape of the building. The office includes a lounge area which could be transformed into an informal work space. It could also be easily adapted for conferences or large-scale events.

Infinity Villa
MONO architects took a minimalist approach and removed all layers of excess, getting to the heart of what’s important: stunning views from each room.
Measuring 725 square meters, this one-storey residence keeps in close contact with its natural environment, channeling the energy of the earth. From the entrance of the home to the adjoining rooms, fantastic views abound.
In addition to a full suite of rooms one would expect for a country home, the villa is accented with a home spa, complete with a marble hammam, salt sauna, jacuzzi and a space for solitude.

Federal Street
The owner of this commercial office building requested that the lobby be renovated to create a more inviting entry into this concrete-framed structure that was originally built in 1923. The existing lobby contained sub-standard lighting, low-quality interior finishes, and did not announce itself as the primary entry into the building. The design solution was to create a canopy that projected from the face of the front elevation to draw people into the building. Steel panels at the underside of the canopy are painted white and extend deep into the lobby space, creating a more dramatic entrance. In the New York City neighborhood of Astoria, Queens, architecture and interior design firm Spacesmith brings its renowned interiors leadership to the first phase of Halletts Point, a 2.4 million-square-foot mixed-use community developed by the Durst Organization.The Durst-led project includes 10 Halletts Point for which Spacesmith is designing residential entry lobbies, corridors, mail areas and a leasing office.
