Project and construction of a house in Caracas Our design for this house in Venezuela is based on the desire to build a building that takes advantage of the optimal qualities of location, topography and privileged views of the plot over the existing golf courses.Access to the house is through a road layout adapted to the unevenness of the terrain, forming two parking terraces that connect to the entrance atrium through a system that combines stairs and ramps to facilitate accessibility.
The program of areas that we were asked to organize corresponds to that of a house for a couple without children.

De Candido Express supermarket stands in Bella Vista Avenue, one of the most commercial of Maracaibo (2,2M hab); the attributes of the brand De Candido such as simplicity, softness firmly versatility to changing contexts and continuity, was also attributed to the building.Precisely that continuity is sought in the architecture of the De Candido Express to set position and differentiate themselves from the conventional architecture of free-standing buildings, which are constructed by separating the deck of the vertical walls and the floor plan, and away from the street.For it resorted to the technique of origami, in its simplicity, softness firmly enclosures continuity and replicability, versatile to changing contexts. Data centers are facilities (commonly secluded) used to house computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunications and storage systems.We understand that EBV values the creation of opportunities for learning, and we are certain architecture plays an important part of the daily dose of stimulating elements. Haiti Social Housing Development in Morne A Cabrit
Social HousingThe project in Port-au-Prince, Haiti’s capital city, locate in the Morne A Cabrit region, is a project which is designed as, 3, 4 and 5 storey buildings in a total area of 240.000 m2 area, 172 blocks (2748 dwelling) considering the social housing concept. Considering the yearly weather conditions of the territory, facades of the blocks were placed at the North-South sides, it helps the controlling of the natural light intake and solving the heat problem of the construction itself.
