Shop and Apartments, Hoensbroek (NL)
On the corner of Akerstraat Noord / Heisterberg in Hoensbroek, municipality of Heerlen, a shop with six apartments above it has been realized after the demolition of a dilapidated building. The Akerstraat Noord is a somewhat messy street with buildings with a lot of diversity, both in mass and characteristic.
The complex forms a powerful corner element, in which the obtuse angle of the subordinate street Heisterberg is emphatically accentuated in the building mass. The store is mainly focused on Akerstraat Noord, but also has a second entrance on Heisterberg, so that the store can be split into two separately lettable units.

Renovation Martinushuis, Maastricht
The monumental Martinushuis on Hoogbrugstraat in Maastricht (Wyck) has been given a new social function after a major renovation. In the Martinushuis Community Home & Wijkhuis, 21 studios have been realized for young status holders and students, among others. The "new" Martinushuis also offers various facilities for the neighborhood.The Martinushuis is an initiative of The Masters, Elisabeth Strouven Fund and the municipality of Maastricht. More

11 houses Lindenkruis Phase 2, Maastricht (NL)
The Urban Development Plan Lindenkruis (the former site of the utility companies in Maastricht) comprises apartments and houses with a parking garage, which have been realized in phases. The Lindenkruis project consists of a number of building blocks in a larger city block. Within the city block, streets and squares have been designed with an informal character. In principle, these are only accessible to slow traffic and emergency services, creating a quiet inner world.
After Phase 1 of the Lindenkruis plan was completed in 2017, Verheij Architecten realized 7 town houses (Remisepavé) and 4 town houses (Maagdendries) in phase 2 of the plan.

At the village Maasbree, the existing center 'De Adelaar' has been converted into a new intergral health center for general practitioners, pharmacy and physiotherapy. In Phase 1 of the Lindenkruis project, Verheij Architecten realized 12 town houses on Op de Lijnakker / Apostelenpavé and 5 town houses on Maagdendries.
