Proyecto arquitectura Casa urbana RDR
The project consists in the design of a detached house in a lot with an area of 556.00 m2 in the La Aurora urbanization in the district of Miraflores in Lima, Peru. This project was presented in the municipality of Miraflores in April 2017.The urbanistic parameters of the lot allow a maximum height of 3 floors, 3 parking spaces for the house and a free area of 35% of the lot as a minimum.The house is organized in a volume of 2 floors with an L shape. It has a pedestrian entrance along Calle Los Gladiolos and vehicular entrance through Salvador Gutiérrez street. Intermediate Production Space: The commune seeks to maintain a constant dialog with the development of the city through the various activities that develop on the inside and outside of the proposal, generating a broker to facilitate processes of productive chain and promote the undertaking of users (owners).The project has an area on the ground floor which serves as storage space and classification to improve the conditions of productivity of the family. Complementing with the design of containers in order to facilitate the recycling process, they are differentiated by the color applied to each structure.
