Athenian mid-war penthouse

In the Anaktora part of Kolonaki, in a listed mid-war building of the 1930s, the penthouse apartment – loaded with urban history - was transformed by Constantine Bouras Studio through a meticulous renovation that aimed to preserve the apartment’s past Athenian glory, while introducing contemporary design elements - creating a space that bridges past and present in a homogenous new visual narrative. The Vogue Café Sydney project, a collaborative effort between COOOP, Vogue, and Peter Wang, epitomizes a chic and sophisticated dining experience that seamlessly blends contemporary Australian cuisine with Vogue’s high-fashion aesthetic. The design aims to create a unique, localized atmosphere that resonates with the discerning clientele of Sydney’s Darling Harbour. jaguar negro

Jaguar Negro is inspired by the History of Mexico in two ways. The first one is intimately linked to the ancestral heritage of the Aztec culture, already distant in time and characterized by legends that have been transferred from generation to generation. And a second counterpart, much closer to our time, based on the Colonial Hacienda and its way of experiencing space, but brought to the present with contemporary touches that have a lot to do with the use of material.
