Inspired by one of the main craft traditions of Colotlán, Jalisco, we present the PITA collection, composed of the DayBed and the leather cushions made with the timeless technique of hand embroidery: the piteado, in which each union of the thread of maguey on the leather surface expresses the delicacy of contemporary design.Piteado is the embodiment of Jalisco’s craftsmanship: every stich of the maguey fiber on the tinted leather carries with it centuries of tradition. The Pita cushions reflect the timelessness of the technique, whose delicate embroidery shines through in a decidedly minimalist design.
