Temperaturas Extremas designs tree-like water reservoir with bird nests in Luxembourg City
Spanish architectural studio Temperaturas Extremas has designed a bird and mammal refuge and water reservoir in a protected forest in the “Plateau Kirchberg” quarter in north-eastern Luxembourg City. The studio’s challenge was to integrate the 50-meter-high structure with a 1,000-cubic-meter drinking water reservoir into the site’s sensitive context.

Work under the competitive project of Shcherbinka water tower redevelopment has begun with acquaintance to history of the place and communication with residents of the area. It turned out that the Tower is very symbolical for them. The building around has been constantly changed, but the Tower remained the same, so for people it's associated with their children's memoirs, personality formation and important emotions. Clubhouse Boompjes
Boompjes 60–68 is a site along the busy ring road into central Rotterdam, which runs along a dyke between the River Maas and the Scheepmakershaven. Featuring two residential towers of 70 and 100 metres respectively, this is just one of nine recent high-rise projects transforming Rotterdam’s harbour into a diverse, densely developed city district.

Bussum Water Tower
On 8 September 2010, Mayor Milo Schoenmaker opened the most sustainable office in the Netherlands: the Bussum Water Tower.
The project comprises the renovation of the former water tower from 1897 and linked to that, a new office building with a total of approximately 3,500 m2 of gross surface area.
The initiative was taken by professor Michiel Haas of the Dutch Institute for Building Biology and Ecology ("NIBE") and ir. Bob Custers of VOCUS architecten bna in 2004. Together with their property advisor mr. Maarten A. Smits MRE of Sixpence and investor Meeuwsen Ten Hoopen (MTH) represented by drs. Sjoerd Riedstra and drs. Rutger Kuipers, the project has turned into a big success.
