The Waterfront Project will serve a variety of mixed uses including residential and commercial components, as well as office and civic uses. These are distributed in 1,730 residential units, 660 hotel rooms, 177,800 square feet of commercial area, 428,000 square feet of office area, a Marine with 245 dock berths and 4,229 parking spaces.
