New headquarters for CM Limburg
Supporting physical and mental wellbeing and facilitating future adaptations of the programme: those were the design challenges for the new headquarters of the Christian Mutuality (CM) in the province of Limburg. The project is strategically located between the Demer park and the ring road of Hasselt. The result demonstrates our approach combining performance- and scenario-based design methods, developed by our architects and endorsed by our WELL and BREEAM specialists.

New Financial Center and Headquarters BCC-Grupo CAJAMAR
The proposal addresses an office program in a desert context on the edge of Cabo de Gata. It is a project of landscape order, where architecture plays an instrumental role within the framework imposed by the landscape, climate, and horizon.
Typologically, a series of prisms arranged in a comb-like formation are organically scattered across the terrain, responding to its topographical and formal conditions. Like the spaces between the fingers of an open hand, exterior areas emerge between the blocks, introducing light and views so that from any point in the complex, the horizon and the sea can be enjoyed.

Fokkema & Partners Architecten has a love for assignments that challenge them to the utmost: complex, multiple spatial problems, where the challenge consists of turning the complexities into a straightforward, clear design. One of these assignments was the accommodation of EDGE Technologies, formerly known as OVG Real Estate, a developer that revolutionises the built environment through a new generation of smart buildings while raising the bar in terms of sustainability and wellbeing.
