The Los Angeles businessman's apartment is 150 square meter in the 46 floor of a new prestige tower in Tel Aviv. The original program included 4 bedrooms and a lounge. In Milstein's new program there are 3 bedrooms which one off them is an extensive suite.The new planning allows etch one of the rooms to have wide open urban view. The urban view turns into a lead motif in the complete design. The center wall in the living room is 10 meters length.
