Paakat Residence
Not long ago, there were gated dead ends (Sibe), surrounded by houses that accommodated relatives. Not long ago, there were enclosed courtyards, surrounded by rooms, housing a family. These Sibe (semi-public urban spaces) and courtyards (semi-private spaces) used to gift us the "sky" as soon as we stepped out of the house. Today, however, these families, households, or individuals live in different parts of the city, country, or even the world. Where? In apartments. Apartments, that upon stepping out of them, only reveal a closed space and a depressing environment. Apartments with low ceilings and an elevator. So where is the shared sky that belongs to us all... Eliza House
CLIENT BRIEF
Eliza House is located in an enviable neighbourhood pocket of Black Rock; within 400m to picturesque Beach Road and walking distance to the Sandringham Beach Foreshore Reserve. The homeowners had a clear ambition of laying roots with their young family in this Bayside community and setting up their forever home. The previous dwelling was a Post-war double-fronted brick-veneered house which was part of the common building stock of its time and did not hold any heritage significance. The old house had familiar characteristics of its Post-war pedigree by way of low ceilings and an awkwardly laid out horse-shoe internal configuration, so the logical decision was made to take a knock-down/rebuild approach.

MI1 House
MI1 is the first part of a triptych of three family homes along the Mille-Îles River in Laval. This first house, the brightest of the three, is clad in white bricks on which the seasons are painted, giving it a unique character in the neighbourhood. Inspired by the vernacular language of Laval architecture at a time when the island was a resort area, the residence offers a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional Canadian cottage with its gable roof.

Hybrid sports complex with fencing hall
The building is a new part of the existing School Complex No. 5, which includes the 13th General Secondary School and bilingual secondary school in Wrocław (PL).The design of the gym is a combination of two independently functioning objects in one compact body. On the ground floor there is a separate fencing block available directly from the outside. The complex of sports facilities for the School Complex, which consists of a full-size gymnasium, fitness room, dance hall and gym, and necessary sanitary and locker rooms are located above the fencing block. Montana French Cafe Interior Design
The Montana French Café has been designed to emulate an eclectic theme that articulates the utmost efficiency and allure. Located in Kuwait City, this café features a mixed seating layout that offers a flexible 4-table set-up along with unique sofa settings for large parties and elders. The CAS design team expertly blended efficiency with careful and inventive layout design. There is also a large outdoor area that seats up to 40 people and evokes an artsy French café vibe. The whole café offers eclectic finishes that are understated yet elegant at the same time.
