The building had cracking and fracture issues on part of the facade, caused by the lack of stone covering the reinforcements, leading to a high risk of detachments.The versatility and solutions available offered by ULMA architectural precast solutions have been key factors in making this choice. Decorative cornices and Window Surrounds in Zarauz
This construction of 50 high quality homes, required a constructive solution composed of 2 special pieces; decorative cornices located at different heights and window surrounds on the top floor. The challenge we faced was the need to make pieces with a complex design and unique shapes identical to those already present, aiming to add extra quality, whilst maintaining the cost and facilitating installation.
