New winemaking and cellar facilities by Carmen Maurice Architecture are in harmony with the terroir
French architectural studio Carmen Maurice Architecture (CMA) has completed the renovation of a mill and construction of winemaking and cellar facilities for a vineyard in Sarzeau, France. The newly constructed premises and surrounding vineyards blend harmoniously together.

Atelier Rampazzi transforms an old pantry into a stunning wine cellar
In the historic centre of Ascona, a few metres away from the ancient foundations of the municipal church of St Peter and Paul, an old, dilapidated pantry, once used as a place to store sausages and cheeses, was converted into a fine wine cellar by Atellier Rampazzi. Given the structure's materiality and the advantage of ambient conditions due to natural ventilation, the client decided to set up his wine cellar, which has a modest annual production, perfect for the surface of the place.

The CS Residence is four-bedroom house with three car garage and a bike workshop in the garage. The clients’, avid bikers and software owners, had purchase a site from when they were married and sat on it for many years, thinking of what they could build. Pollard Architects were chosen for a prominent list of architects, because of our level of design and unique approach to their site and program. The residence resides at the base of Mt.
