Ijevan winery
The winery was designed as an addition to the existing one-story old building. A new volume was added to the old building, incorporating production, office, and kitchen areas. The tasting hall and wine storage hall were situated within the existing building. The difference in the building’s character allowed for free access from the street to a closed terrace and entrance junction, providing a beautiful view of the mountains.

Tenuta il Quinto winery
Architect Gabriele Pinca, founder of the Ubik architecture studio, designed the new wine cellar IL Quinto on the hills of Magliano in Toscana, a small village in the province of Grosseto. Its architecture is intended to enter into mimesis with the landscape and to be discovered little by little as one crosses the estate that hosts it, eschewing any monumental attempt.
Through careful study of the landscape, the winery has been positioned to maximize its integration into the countryside, while reducing excavations. WINE SOCIETY
Wine Society invites the costumer to the deep senses of the wine. The space follows the desire of the excellency and welcome each wine lover to a complete involvement with the portfolio. Wine Society is situated in “Vinohrady” area, which in the past was the vineyard of the Prague castle. The tradition and history of the place is related with the design and products presented.
The project was conceived according to the program and aim of the business. It´s was developed and divided in two main areas, the welcoming area in the first floor, and the degustation area in the basement.
