North Chevy Chase Residence
This classically modern residence is located in The Village of North Chevy Chase, Maryland. The client’s goal was to have a forever home that could adapt to their needs as they age, all while staying within a relatively tight budget. The site slopes from north to south, which allowed for the creation of two "front" doors on this corner lot. One door faces Kenilworth Drive, situated close to grade and easily adaptable for a ramp or low threshold entry. This facade also complements the lower scale context of the neighborhood with its modest two-story design.

Haldimand County Library + Heritage Centre
Located in the heart of Cayuga, a small town on the Grand River, this project brings together a local library branch with a museum and genealogy centre as a vibrant focal point for the community that will enrich the lives of users. The project is an illustration of architecture crafted to serve and inspire its community. While simple, very economical, and efficient, the Library/Museum has bold architectural ambitions looking forward to the future.SITE DESIGNThe building engages the historic town core opposite the site and enfronts a small parkette, a welcome public greenspace for the library to look onto.
