один сад для двух друзей - общий парк, аллея для прогулок как общая ось сада, открытые комнаты для личных дел и большая терраса для отдыха у костра стали наполнением пространства.сам сад небольшой - с видом на общественное озеро в поселке. зеленые холмы открываются с участка, за ними скрываются другие дома. участок с естественным уклоном грунта. подпорные стенки выровняли уклоны. террасы стали ровными и пригодыми для отдыха и дел.
современый стиль дома определил и стиль сада - аллеи и хвойники как акценты. здесь можно праздновать праздники и новый год, конечно.

COME! The family is in the yard!
The customer is the concept:
We have been asked to design a single-story home for a family that lived in a building and was affected by the earthquake of April 16, 2016 in Manabi. Under this premise we began to raise the house based on the reactions of each of its members and what they wanted for the family after that fateful date in which many lost their lives and others found in it an opportunity to congregate and value the time between them, enjoying each other and sharing experiences.

Conex Café

The challenge has been already begun for the designer team to create a unique form from the remaining materials of the complex construction. The project is located at one the most memorable buildings of Iranian contemporary architecture “Shiraz national library”. By utilizing the previous temporary concierge Conex and reviving it, the design team revealed a hidden potential of the redundant Conex. Garden for two house
The project came about from the need to add 12,000 m2 of land composed of a wood of oak trees in a reasonable state, to existing housing in a 4,000 m2 plot, separated until now by a public staircase 4 m wide.
It creates a new low-rise access from the road, which would become the main house entrance, eliminating the existing access made on the high land, 24 m up.
It is important to treat it as a course of recreational character which crosses a large part of the land, interlinked with pedestrian paths and benefiting from the existing spring, turning water into one of the structural elements of the garden.
