Residential building
In this project we create high efficency environment planning in relatively small land which contains in it : 2 story parking + parking across the two facades of a building , smartly connected roads which provide enough area for emergency cars moving . As in other our projects we are trying to create eco friendly area with increasing green areas in main territory .
We solved each story plans in a way to provide comfortable living area for apartments owners and every apartment has it's own balcony (terrace) which gave people inspiration that they are near to natural environment ․

NPAK Reconstruction Center of Contemporary Art
The concept of reconstruction of the Center for contemporary experimental art, NPAK in Yerevan is inspired by the main symbol of Armenia – the sign of Arevakhach, which is often called the Armenian symbol of eternity. We are integrating curved elements into the structure of the center by the spiral flow of Arevakhach. Thus, the Museum has several atriums, which make the space free and at the same time consolidated by vertical communications.
We delicately intervened in the architecture, added relief to the cladding of the building, so the stone facade got an interesting texture. We freed the first floor from the cladding and made glazing, so part of the interior space became open to light and people's eyes. We deliberately to... More

Unfolding NPAK - Centre for Contemporary Art
Unfolding NPAK – KANTOOR receives Jury-Mention for renovation proposal for the Armenian Centre of Contemporary Experimental Art.KANTOOR, a Colombian-Dutch architecture studio based in Beijing, proposes an intervention to open up the Armenian Centre of Contemporary Experimental Art (NPAK). A new building volume wraps around the building and cuts through the site to open up the building to the city and create new public spaces in both interior and exterior. Yerevan has a long history of multiple nationalities, religions and ethnicities residing in the current land of Armenia, all leaving behind a piece of their culture.
