The Svetozar Andreev Architecture Studio `Hotei-Russia`designed the ‘Zen Garden’ – a unique living space of an evergreen oasis in the historical center of St. Petersburg.The idea of an oasis or hidden garden formed the general layout of the Zen Garden building, the center of which is a green atrium with hanging balcony gardens with tropical plants, uniting the lounge areas with terraces with panoramic views of the historical center of St. Petersburg on the roof of the complex, ultra-modern residences and penthouses, boutique hotel space, public areas with haute cuisine restaurants located in the lobby, a 1500sqm fitness and spa center with a 25-meter swimming pool, and a parking area.

Time Square residential complex
The Time Square residential complex is located in the ecologically clean Primorsky district of St. Petersburg, overlooking the Yuntolovsky Forest Park and the Gulf of Finland. 13 buildings of 13 floors visually form a dial, where each of the 12 houses symbolizes an hour, and the accent central building - the location of the intersection of the hands. From a bird's-eye view the ensemble is perceived as a large clock and reveals the theme of the passage of time. The project of the complex was developed by the architectural bureau KPLN.
