The project is primarily an idea. All solutions must be thought out and justified. Therefore, from the very beginning of our work, we carefully listen to the investor's needs in order to adapt the project to his expectations. Finally, we add something from ourselves. We call it a pinch of madness. While most architects like the first, conceptual stage of a design best, we find supervision the most enjoyable. Because at the construction site, the dreams of our clients come true, which also become dear to us. We are ambitious. We do not want to copy someone else's solutions, but we try to rely on our own intuition. We will not propose anything that would conflict with our sense of aesthetics. We break stereotypes and convince investors to take bold solutions
