AA HOUSE is an architecture and interior design studio based in Ho Chi Minh City, founded by architects Do Tien Loc and Huynh Van Thanh Nghia. We believe every project should begin with the people who will live in it—their habits, needs, memories, and aspirations.
Rather than following a fixed style, AA HOUSE develops each design from its specific context, balancing spatial quality, natural light, ventilation, materials, function, budget, and construction conditions.
Our goal is to create spaces that feel simple, thoughtful, and lasting. For us, architecture is not only about form, but about creating meaningful places that can adapt and grow with the people who inhabit them over time.
