ANA is building on a social agenda
ANA architects designs buildings based on a clear vision: we look for forms that provide space for new opportunities for use. Our designs go beyond pre-programmed and conventional solutions and are clear, functional and striking in their simplicity; a simplicity that always reveals an extra layer upon closer inspection. Building on a social and civic agenda is at the heart of our expertise. Our architecture expresses the changing society and goes beyond passing fads.
Housing in the broadest sense
We design innovative housing types that respond to new social conditions, with new target groups and new lifestyles. We approach the housing assignment from the inside, based on the experience of the occupants. Our homes are spatial and functional, smart and unique. ANA designs architecture that serves the housing context. We connect the typology with the context and design buildings that enter into a relationship with their environment. We are particularly adept at connecting the small with the large scale. We call that ‘micro-urbanism’, in which we always connect the housing with the environment. Our buildings create a pleasant and healthy residential and living environment where people, together with other living beings, feel at home and can meet each other. In this way, our neighbourhoods form a future-proof habitat for humans, plants and animals, for young and old, rich and poor, independent and infirm.
