Archicraft is an architecture and interior design studio with offices in West Hollywood, California and Prague, Czech Republic. For over twenty years we have designed residential, hospitality, commercial and public projects on both sides of the Atlantic, from private homes and apartments to restaurants, offices, museums and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Washington.
Our work brings a European design sensibility together with a practical, hands on approach to building. We pay close attention to proportion, materials and atmosphere, and we care about the small details people touch every day. Many of our projects take place in existing buildings, where we keep what is valuable and add something clearly of our own time.
The US office is led by architect Marija Volkman, who has directed it since 2012 and is licensed in the state of California. Our work has been recognized with AIA Los Angeles awards and the BIG SEE Interior Design Award.
For us, architecture is about the joy of creating, and about stepping away from the ordinary on every project.
