BAAS is an architecture and design studio, founded in 1993, with extensive experience, recognized both for the prestigious awards received (FAD Award, Barcelona City Award 2009…) and for its publication in specialized publications (Architectural Review, El Croquis, A+U, Casabella).
We try to solve in a simple way (but at the same time sophisticated) the requirements that each project raises, building an architecture that wants to be above all useful and adequate, solved with a high level of technical quality and without renouncing the capacity of emotion that is able to offer the best architecture.

Jordi Badia (Barcelona, 1961) architect for the ETSAB since 1989. Founder and director of the BAAS arquitectura studio, he combines his professional work as an architect with that of a professor in the Department of Architectural Projects of the ETSAB (UPC) since 2001.
