Nicholas Thomas Bettini (1974) was born in Bologna studied at FAF Ferrara Faculty of Architecture and Aarhus School of Architecture. He graduated in 2000 with the Arch.Mario Cucinella and from 1996 to 2006 he collaborated with various firms in Italy, Denmark and Portugal: Arch.Massimo Carmassi; SHL Schmidt Hammer Lassen and Architecten; PGA Pedro George & Associados; MCA Mario Cucinella Architects. In 2007 he opens his own studio based in Bologna. Between 2009 and 2011 he was assistant to the course of Technical Architecture at the Faculty of Engineering of Bologna. The study deals with public and private orders and has received prestigious awards in international competitions.
