BUDIC is an architecture, urbanism and design bureau founded by Fernando Pérez Vera in 20016 after studying at the Architectural Association in London and working with Zaha Hadid Architects. Working collaboratively with private clients, corporate and government BUDIC has developed a portfolio that includes interiors, residential, commercial, corporate, urban facilities, health and urban masterplanning. Many of these projects are built or ongoing. Representative projects include the Belo Grand Tower with 27,000 sqm with its 1st phase completed, a 1500 sqm residence widely published, a 22,000 sqm corporate building and a 113 h masterplan. Additionally, since 2012 BUDIC is partner of Zaha Hadid Architects in Mexico, developing a residential and mixed used project in Monterrey, Mexico of 220,000 sqm.
