Caprini & Pellerin Architectes is a Cannes based practice established in 2008, working internationally on luxury residential and commercial projects. The practice was founded by two raw talents: Kevin Caprini and Jerry Pellerin. The practice has since established a reputation for delivering outstanding turn-key designs from concept through to completion. The two architects lead a growing team of over twenty designers, architects and consultants, sharing a broad range of interlocking skills. This gives them the opportunity to embrace every aspect of architectural, interior and landscape design. Suited to both traditional and modern architecture, Caprini & Pellerin Architectes deliver an avant-garde vision of luxury, which they believe is achieved through meticulous focus on detail, made to measure fittings, characterful materials, collaborating closely with each client. The two architects draw their creativity from the constraints of each project. They have signed off a diverse portfolio of properties around the world spanning from elegant Provençal Bastides, to minimalist contemporary houses, all the way to luxury hotels and mountain chalets.
