Behind every beutiful thing there is a vision, a deep belief that things are possible, and the dedicated work of the team. It is not any different with the Casa Bautista. It took the guts and the trust of the owner to follow through the project of six years, to go on the journey to protect the Sian Ka’an by developing the land in the most sustainable of ways. Furthering his vision of a sustainable living based on honoring our intrinsic values, he enlisted the help of a leading architecture firm Productora from Mexico City to work on the project. As a founder of the village Pueblo del Sol, in Oaxaca, and as with everything that he does, indigenous, local people come first. You can sense that intention and kindness transfered to experience of the house as well.
