Ceilhit was founded in 1975 as the first manufacturer of underfloor heating cable in Spain .

In 2010, Ceilhit joins Fenix Holding Group, one of the largest European producers of electric Surface heating systems. The Fenix Group was founded in 1990 as one of the first private Company in Czech Republic after the Velvet revolution, from the manufacturing Company Fenix Ltd. With the increase in demand, the company structure increased and developed as a holding Company structure, retaining a maximum flexibility with individual and independent members. Currently, the group is composed by eleven companies, exporting to over 50 countries worldwide.
