Founded in São Paulo by Daniel Corsi and Dani Hirano, they have been working together since the beginning of their career as architects in 1999 while studying at the Mackenzie University School of Architecture and Urbanism. After professional experiences in their country andabroad, theirpartnershipwasconsolidatedwiththefoundingofthe CHN Arquitetos office in 2007 and, posteriorly, theCorsi Hirano Arquitetos.
Considering the importance of professional practice, both in Architecture and Urbanism, they have been building a path defined by the diversity of the projects and accumulating a large participation in public competitions - of diverse types and scales - receiving several national and international prizes as the 1st Prize for the TRT Law Courts Complex 18th Region National Architecture Public Competition (2007), the 1st Prize for the Exploratory Science Museum of Unicamp International Architecture Public Competition (2009) and the 1st Prize for the Porto Alegre City Hall Administrative Headquarters National Architecture Public Competition - Rio Grande do Sul (2014).
Their works have already been exhibited at Architecture Biennials in Brazil and abroad, including the 12ª and 14ª. MostraInternazionale di Architettura della Biennale di Venezia (2010 and 2012) and the DAM - Deutsches Architekturmuseum in Frankfurt (2013), where their completed work for the TRT Law Courts Forum became part of the permanent collection. In addition to the exhibitions, they have also received several awards for their works such as the Honorable Mention in the AsBEA Prize (Brazilian Association of Architecture Offices) for the TRT Law Courts Forum in Goiânia in 2012 and the in 2013 for the AV Houses building, winner of the Collective Housing Category in the O Melhor da Arquitetura Prize - Editora Abril. Certain that the practice of architecture should also be involved with academic thinking, they sustain a strong connection with researches and universities.
