CRISTIAN BERRIOS ARCHITECTS

Cristián Berríos is an architecture office founded in 2007 in the city of Concepción, Biobío Region, in southern Chile. Our professional practice is in a permanent tension between research (theory) and construction (practice). As a result of this slow and insistent relationship, our work is transformed into a laboratory exercise, which allows us to adjust and renew the certainties about the architectural project and the urban dimension. Cristián Berríos (PhD) is currently an assistant professor at the Universidad del Bío-Bío, Concepción-Chile. He is also a visiting professor at national and international universities.
