Since 1995, CWB Architects has steadily grown its practice from a two-person shop focused on historic row house renovations into a multi-disciplinary architects and interior design firm that has been designing residential and commercial spaces throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut, and the Eastern End of Long Island.
CWB Architects is located in Brooklyn's DUMBO historic waterfront district. Our collaborative team of 25 consists of three principals, four licensed architects, three interior designers, drafts-persons, model builders, and administrative staff. Together our office designs row houses, apartments, lofts, and suburban and country houses, as well as office and retail locations and select institutional spaces including libraries, theaters, and schools. We maintain relationships with qualified consulting engineers, both structural and mechanical, who are well-versed in the systems required for most new construction types. In addition, we have extensive experience in the renovation of buildings in landmark districts, with particular strength in row houses.
