Mobilier De Gaspé is a furniture company operating in Montreal that designs and manufactures customizable furniture, made mainly from local wood and steel. It was established in 2013 with the aim to fill the gap between standard mass-produced products and purely custom-made furniture - creating a bridge between artisan craftmanship and mass production methods.
To achieve this, the company developed an online platform letting customers customize its different models with different options going from the wood type, the color, the dimensions and even the type of base on some specific pieces.
Starting as a side project between friends from university, Mobilier De Gaspé grew as an established local furniture maker, serving both residential and commercial customers with a focus on durable materials, strong conceptions, simple design and an eco-friendly state of mind.
