ELEY | BARKLEY | DALE, an association of Eley Barkley P.A. Engineering and Architecture and Dale Partners Architects, P.A., was formed in 2013 to create a firm that serves Mississippi providing facility planning, design and construction. Our first project was GRAMMY Museum® MISSISSIPPI, the only Grammy Museum outside of Los Angeles. Our firm has professional staff totaling 36 including planners, architects, landscape architects, interior designers, CADD specialists, construction administrators and marketing/graphics personnel. This association is one of the most client-focused firms providing strong leadership and a commitment to providing the best planning, design and construction services to its clients. Combined we have a large body of work and understand the increased level of accountability and responsibility to public clients. For nearly three years, Ross Barkley, AIA worked at Dale Partners, closely with Doug Dale, AIA, on various building types on a planning and coordination level. He then joined Eley | Barkley as principal where he focuses on the functional needs of each project in order to provide an efficient and effective environment regardless of project size or complexity. He has provided the design and planning of many projects in the Mississippi Delta and beyond. Ross has served as principal architect for hospitality projects throughout Mississippi along with educational, governmental, industrial, theatrical, and various medical projects. Dale Partners, under the leadership of Doug Dale, brings added experience totaling over $100 million, as well as the strongest construction administration services in the state. Architectural experience consists of corporate, educational, hotel/hospitality, medical, justice, governmental, religious, sports, parking and master planning projects. LEED and sustainable design are major components in architecture, and our firm is credited with the first “green” building in our state.
