Estudio Astiz Is an architecture and engineering practice founded in 2008 in Madrid. We try to combine the designing activity with an innovative approach and quality solutions for our clients based on an extensive research at every phase of the contract. Among our most important assignments we can mention the rehabilitation of the Palace of the Dukes of Osuna inside the Capricho Park in Madrid, the maintenance office of ADIF in Las Matas or the headquarters of Acuacar in Cartagena de Indias (Colombia). Our proposals have been distinguished in several architecture competitions in Spain and abroad, and our designs have been published in different national publications such as “The Art of Rehabilitation” from the ACS Foundation or “Del Tirador a la Ciudad”, an architecture blog by Anatxu Zabalbescoa.
