Born in Asturias, Fermin an architect from the School of Architecture, Valladolid (2002). Started his professional experience with the architect Manuel Gallego (2003-2006). He holds a PhD from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (2010). Since 2005 he makes urbanism planning for the municipality of Vedra. Since 2006 he is engaged in the profession in his own architecture studio in Coruña. During these years he has held exhibitions, has taught courses and conferences related to architecture and engineering around much of the national geography.
In 2008 he patented the SYSTEM LUPO, a modular system with teaching purposes that is industrialized in different versions; SuperLupo, Eco Lupo and Digital Lupo .
The works and projects developed from the study include elements of planning, construction and design, so that it is sometimes difficult to separate each strand. The workshops, conferences, books, publications and patents are held in collaboration with various agencies and companies, being the relationship between theory and practice which presides over the work
