The Firstwood ltd. is a modern, technology-oriented company in Germany, which pays a lot of attention to ecological sustainability. Since 2009 we produce precious thermally modified timber for different application fields in five classes of treatment. Therefore we mainly produce ThermoPine, ThermoSpruce, ThermoAsh and ThermoBeech.
From terraces, facades, pools and jetties to gardening and landscaping, furniture and window frames – we offer a big range of products for the specific intended use. Very special is the heat insulating effect of our ThermoSpruce with a heat conductivity about λg=0,086W/mK. This enables the compliance of the EnEV 2012 and qualifies our wood as an excellent material for the use in doors and window frames.
