Greg established GREG SHAND ARCHITECTS in 2005, as a bespoke architectural consultancy with a focus on QUALITY and SERVICE. The practice takes a very holistic approach to the projects undertaken, offering a complete service from design of architecture, interior design & landscape, as well as project administration of the construction.
GREG SHAND ARCHITECTS has designed & completed numerous Good Class Bungalows and bespoke residential homes in Singapore & South East Asia, including 21 private homes in Sentosa Cove. Whilst well established in small and large scale residential design, the firm has broadened its focus to larger scale Boutique Resort/Hotel and Civic/Cultural projects, including a Highrise Tower in Vietnam (together with structural consultancy Duffill Watts & Tse). In 2011, in collaboration with Urbnarc, GREG SHAND ARCHITECTS were adjudged Winners of the Architectural Design Competition for the Singapore Indian Heritge Centre, and were engaged by the Singapore National Heritage Board to carry out the project, which is expected to be completed in late 2014.
