Guerin and Pedroza Architectes

Pierre Guérin (architect DPLG Paris-La Villette, Masters in town planning from Ponts et Chaussées) and Hector Pedroza ( architect , Engineering and Environmental Quality of Construction, Paris-La Villette) founded the Agency Guérin & Pedroza Architectes in 1989. Set up in Paris, the agency intervenes throughout Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. Its cosmopolitan team includes 25 collaborators (town planning specialists, architects, interior designers, construction managers, graphic designers). The agency is involved in programs for urban requalification: housing, office buildings, retail, shopping centers,mixed programmes, public and cultural facilities.
