Here East is a place of immense possibility: 1.2 million sq. ft of commercial space, set in a beautiful canalside location in London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, on the fringe of Hackney Wick. It is the first place of its kind, a destination for the innovative business and maker community. It is being developed by iCITY, the company selected by the London Legacy Development Corporation to deliver a legacy from the former Press and Broadcast Centres. iCITY is a joint venture between Delancey, a specialist real estate investment and advisory company, and Infinity SDC, the UK’s leading data centre operator.
